About our faculty Michelle Mustain - Michelle is our K-1 teacher this year. Michelle has been at Children's House for 13 yers. Michelle has a BSE in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and American Montessori Society (AMS) Certification. Michelle has a son, Will, a CH alum, who is in the third grade in Centralia. Kyungeun Rho - Kyung has a BS in Early Childhood Education and AMS Certification. She has been at CH since 2000. Kyung is teaching in the Red Building. Her son, Daniel, is in the Toddler class. She also has 2 daughters, YoungMin and SuMin, who are in the second and 6th grades. Kyung will be teaching us Korean this year. (She is also an excellent cook!) Luna Langer - Luna is an assistant teacher in the Red Building. She has a BA from MU in Marketing, so she can do things alot of us can't - understand phone systems, computer programs, etc. This will be her 2nd year at CH.
Diane Zeger - Diane is an assistant teacher in the Red Building. Susan Fields - Susan is a Montessori teacher in the Red Building in the mornings. She has a BS from Stephens College in Business with a minor in Dance. She has AMS teacher certification and has been at CH for 13 years. To keep her busy the rest of the day, she has Harrison (15 years old) and Isabelle (12 years old). Both are CH alums. Myke Gemkow - Myke is our newest Montessori certified teacher. Myke has a BA in English and Education. He has experience teaching at all levels, including adult ed. this year he is teaching in the Yellow Building with ages 3-6. Becky Bush Walker - Becky is our newest assistant teacher. She worked here last year as an aide, but graduated in May with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Over the summer, she got married (!) and took a Montessori course for para-professionals. She is working in the yellow building with Myke. Becky Dahm - Becky is the Montessori teacher in the Toddler classroom. Becky has a BA in Anthropology from MU and AMS certification. She has been at CH since 1997. Becky is also a licensed massage therapist!
Andrea Fields - Andrea is the only CH alum on the staff. She has Dan Bene - Dan is our Food Service and Bldg. Manager. He has a BA in History and has been at CH for 27 years!!! (Dan, Dan the Cooker Man - is remembered by lots and lots of CH alums) Mary Windmiller - Director. Mary has an MEd from MU in Science Education and AMS certification. She has been teaching forever and has been at CH a long time. Her son, Nick (26) attended CH, but now lives in Washington. Margaret Waddell - Margaret has an MA in music. She teaches private and group music and voice classes. She has been teaching for 9 years. Her daughter, Hannah (13) attended CH.

She has a BS in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University and has certification in teaching ESL. She has been with us almost a year now! Diane attended Montessori school in Arizona when she was a child.
been working her since 2002 while also attending Columbia College.
She will graduate in December with a degree in Psychology. She is the assistant teacher in the Toddler classroom.
